Necro Gate ("the App") is a single-player dark fantasy defense game. We designed it to work without accounts, social logins, or behavioral ad tracking.
Information we collect
- Gameplay progress — meta-currency, research unlocks, and optional run snapshots are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard app storage.
- No sale of personal data — we do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- No third-party analytics SDKs — the App does not embed advertising or cross-app tracking frameworks.
Optional device permissions
The App may request access only when you use related features:
- Camera — capture battle moments and share necropolis victories.
- Microphone — record gameplay highlights at the Necro Gates.
- Photo Library — set custom gate banners and attach images to run results.
Denying these permissions does not block core gameplay.
Children's privacy
Necro Gate is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data through support channels, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention & deletion
Uninstalling the App removes locally stored progress from your device. You may also reset progress from in-app settings where available.
Changes
We may update this policy when features change. The revision date at the top of this section will always reflect the latest version.

Is Necro Gate free to play?
The core siege loop is fully playable. Optional content may be added in future updates; any purchases will be clearly disclosed in the App Store.
Does the game need internet?
Runs and meta-progress work offline. An internet connection is only needed for App Store updates.
How do I resume an interrupted run?
If you leave mid-battle, the App offers to resume your last run snapshot from the main throne screen.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 16.0 or later. Portrait orientation is recommended; iPad supports landscape.
How do I request data deletion?
Email support@necrogate.app from the address you used to contact us. Local data can be cleared by deleting the App.
